Q: When will my item ship?

A: We Ship Items within 3-5 Business days Via UPS Or USPS.

 

Q: My package says delivered but I did not receive it, What should I do?

A: Please follow up with your provided carrier and initiate a claim. You can also shoot us an email and we can look into the matter for you.

 

Q. How do I know if my order has been placed?

A. You will be sent a confirmation email or text message upon completion of your order.  The confirmation email will include your order number and details. Be sure to check your spam folder as well as the email may have been filtered into that folder. When checking out, please ensure you continue until you reach the page containing your order number. Q: Are any items final sale?

A: All sale items are final sale. Items such as swimsuits and body suits are final sale due to the intimacy. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed.

 

Q. Do you have a size guide?

A. You can find the size guide https://esohethelabel.com/pages/size-chart . We know how frustrating it can be when you're excited to receive your order and it doesn't fit.  Because our styles are from different manufacturers and sizing may slightly differ - we have provided the size guide in the product description of every style.  You can also find the measurements of the model in the photo for reference.  If you have any further questions or would like a bit more extra guidance, feel free to use the contact form, or utilize the Messenger option on the bottom of the page for live chat.
